红四氮唑在海产品菌落总数检验中的初步研究

         

摘要

以红四氮唑作为细菌生长的指示剂,以吞拿鱼为基质,分别对大肠埃希氏菌,金黄色葡萄球菌以及两者的混合菌液进行检测,对TTC是否可以应用于菌落总数的检测进行初步研究.试验结果表明,TTC浓度从0.5mg/100mL-4mg/100mL的四组数据分别与对照组数据的总体均值在95%置信度条件下并无显著性差异.在对样品中含有大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌进行菌落总数检验的初步研究中发现,可以在PCA琼脂中加入低浓度TTC,使细菌菌落着色,能够在一定程度上提高检测结果的准确度,并提高检测效率.%Based on the growth indicator of red tetrazoline, with seafood as substrate, respectively for E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and a mixture of both microbial testing, whether TTC can be applied to a preliminary study on the detection of aerobic plate count. From the testing results show that the TTC concentration of 0.5mg/100mL-4mg/100mL of the four groups data, compared with the control group's overall average, are not significant difference under the condition of 95% confidence level. In the research of testing aerobic plate count in the food samples by using E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, can let the bacterial colonies colored by joining the low con-centration of TTC in PCA agar in order to improve the accuracy of test results and also greatly improve the effi-ciency of the inspection works.
