微生物发酵生产腺苷的研究

     

摘要

By means of physical and chemical induction, with Bacillus JSIM - 1019 as starting strain, three mutative strains of auxotroph xanthine MG-16, H-12, AD-6 were obtained. After single colony isolation, those three mutative strains of auxotroph xanthine were cultivated for 72 hours at 36℃. In medium the maximum accumulation of adenosine was 10 g/L, the average accumulation was 7~ 8 g/L.%以肌苷产生菌Bacillus subtilis JSIM-1019为出发菌株[1],用物理、化学诱变剂对亲株进行诱变处理,获得了3株黄嘌呤营养缺陷型突变株MG-16、H-12、AD-6,获得的黄嘌呤营养缺陷型突变株经单茵分离后,36℃培养72h在培养基中最高积累10g/L腺苷,一般产腺苷7~8g/L。
