正交试验法优选莱菔子水溶性生物碱提取工艺

摘要

目的 优选莱菔子水溶性生物碱的提取工艺.方法 以80%醇浸出物得率和莱菔子水溶性生物碱的雷氏盐沉淀量为考察指标,对加水量、提取次数、提取时间3个因素进行正交试验.结果 通过正交试验优化确定的提取条件为:药材以10倍水提取3次,每次1.5h.结论 优选确定的工艺可用于提取莱菔子水溶性生物碱.%Objective To optimize thc extraction technology of water-soluble Semen Raphani alkaloids.Methods The orthogonal design was adopted with the yield of 80％ alcohol extract and Remecke salt precipitation amount of watersoluble Semen Raphani alkaloids as the indices.Three factors were studied in this experiment, including the amount of water, extraction times, and time of extraction.Results The optimal extraction technology was to extract the medical material with 10 times water for 3 times, each time for 1.5h.Conclusion This technology can be used for the extraction of water-soluble Semen Raphani alkaloids.
