HPLC测定妇保糖浆中阿魏酸的含量

摘要

目的：建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定妇保糖浆中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱；流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液（17：83），流速1.0 mL/min；检测波长316 nm；柱温30℃。结果阿魏酸在0.01064～0.2128µg范围内进样量与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.9999，n=9）；平均回收率为99.72%， RSD为0.96%。结论本方法操作简便、准确、稳定性好，可作为妇保糖浆的质量控制方法。%Objective To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in Fubao Syrup by HPLC.MethodsThe determination was carried out with Hypersil C18 column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.085 % phosphoric acid solution(17:83). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 316 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.ResultsThe content of ferulic acid was well linearly related to its peak area in range of 0.01064-0.2128 µg (r=0.9999,n=9). The average recovery of the method was 99.72 %, withRSD of 0.96 %.ConclusionThe method was simple, accurate and stable, and can be used to control the quality of Fubao Syrup.
