目的 建立湿生萹蕾药材的定性和定量控制方法.方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别药材中木犀草素成分;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定湿生萹蕾中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量.结果 以环己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(8:9:0.5)为展开剂,TLC分离效果理想;齐墩果酸在0.2024~1.2144μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)为97.3%,RSD为1.03%;熊果酸在0.1641~0.9845μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=6)为97.7%,RSD为0.91%.结论 本方法简便、快速,可作为湿生萹蕾药材的定性和定量控制方法.%Objective To establish the qualitative and quantitative analysis method for Tibetan medicine of Gcntianopsis paludosa (munro) Ma.. Methods Luteolin was identified by TLC and the contents of oleanic acid and ursolic acid were determined by HPLC. Results The separation result of TLC was good using cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid (8:9:0.5) as developer. Oleanic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2024-1.2144μg (r=0.9999), and the average recovery was 97.3 %, with RSD of 1.03 %. The standard curve of ursolic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 0.1641-0.9845 μg, r=0.9998, and the average recovery was 97.7 %, with RSD of 0.91 %.
