黄芩、黄连水提物对常见临床耐药菌株的作用研究

             

摘要

目的 检测黄芩、黄连水提物对铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌耐甲氧西林株(MRSA)、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌4种常见临床耐药菌的抑菌活性.方法 依据NCCLS相关标准,采用微量肉汤稀释法检测抑菌活性.结果 黄芩和黄连水提物及有效成分对金黄色葡萄球菌及MRSA抑菌效果较为显著,对大肠埃希菌及肺炎克雷伯菌效果次之,对铜绿假单胞菌效果最弱;不同比例混合物中,以黄芩、黄连比例为1:2时效果最好.结论 不同比例提取物混合物对MRSA均有较好的抑菌效果,对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效果则相对较弱.建议临床应用于抑菌时,黄芩、黄连混合比例为1:2.%Objective To evaluate thein vitro antimicrobial activity of water extracts of Scutellariae radix and Coptidis rhizoma against four common clinical drug resistant strains including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, MRSA,Escherichia coli and Klebsiella peneumoniae.Methods According to NCCLS standard, micro broth dilution method was employed to determine MICs of water extracts of Scutellariae radix and Coptidis rhizome. MBCs were also determined.Results The extracts of Scutellariae radix and Coptidis rhizoma exhibited good antimicrobial activity on Staphylococcus aureus and MRSA, medium activity on Escherichia coli and Klebsiella peneumoniae, and weak activity on Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Among the mixtures of the extracts of Scutellariae radix and Coptidis rhizoma, the effect of the mixture (1:2) show best antibacterial effect.Conclusion All the mixtures of the extracts of Scutellariae radix and Coptidis rhizoma showed good antibacterial effects on MRSA and weaker effects on Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In clinical application, mixture of the extracts of Scutellariae radix and Coptidis rhizoma (1:2) is recommened.
