几种异形喷嘴喷射的液气射流泵性能试验研究

             

摘要

液气射流泵常作为一种射流混合设备而广泛应用,为适应不同喷射需要以形成不同的两相混合特性,本文研究了几种异形喷嘴情况下液气射流泵的水力性能,并与当量面积圆形喷嘴喷射情况对比.固定喉管长度及内径不变,更换3种当量面积比的喷嘴进行性能试验,结果表明:对于吸入室形成一定的真空度,圆形喷嘴形式喷射与异形喷嘴喷射比较,需要的工作压力较低.异形喷嘴在较大面积比时,形成的液气射流泵最大气液比大于圆形喷嘴,从射流发散碎裂分析,异形喷嘴能减小喉管长度,本文结论为液气射流泵内气液混合的应用提供了新的射流方法.%As one of the jet mixing equipment, the liquid jet gas pump (LJGP) has been widely used. In order to get the different gas-liquid mixing features to meet the different needs of the injection, the hydraulic characteristics of the LJGP working under several non-circular nozzles conditions have been studied, and also were compared with the circular nozzle that have the e-quivalent area. With three kinds of equivalent area of nozzle, the hydraulic performance experiments of LJGP were carried out, while the size of the throat was fixed. The working pressure of LJGP with circular nozzle was lower than that of non-circular nozzle when it made the suction chamber forming a certain vacuum level. The liquid-gas ratio of LJGP with non-circular nozzle was larger than that of the circular nozzle when the area ratio of LJGP increased. The non-circular nozzle could reduce the length of throat according to the results of experiment and the liquid jet berakup theory. These conclusions provide a new method of injection for the LJGP applying in gas-liquid mixing.
