逆流冷却罗茨鼓风机性能分析

         

摘要

The characteristic of roots blower with countercurrent cooling was annlyzed by the method of the theoretical analysis and the numerical analysis to study the effect of countercurrent cooling technique on the performance of roots blower. Based on the dynamic mesh techniques, the numerical simulation on three-lobe arc type roots blower with countercurrent cooling was conducted with FLUENT software in order to investigate the inside flow field under the compressible and unsteady condition. The results showed that the countercurrent cooling technique played an important part in improvement of the performance of Roots biower, it not only reduced discharge temperature and increased exhaust pressure, but also avoided the backflow eddy at the discharge outlet and reduced power aerodynamic noise. The analysis results could provide a scientific basis for the method of redlucing the noise and the optimum design of the casing structure.%为了研究逆流冷却技术对罗茨鼓风机性能的影响,采用理论分析和数值分析相结合的方法,分析了逆流冷却罗茨鼓风机的特点.数值分析基于FLUENT软件,采用动网格方法对三叶圆弧线型的逆流冷却罗茨鼓风机内部流场进行了可压缩非定常流动的数值模拟.分析结果表明:逆流冷却技术对罗茨鼓风机性能的改善起到了重要作用,它不仅可以降低罗茨鼓风机的排气温度,提升罗茨鼓风机的排气压力,而且能够削弱甚至避免排气口处高压气体的急剧回流,降低排气过程中的气体动力性噪声.本文分析结果可为罗茨鼓风机的降噪和壳体结构的优化设计提供有价值的参考.
