压缩机转速对新能源汽车空调制冷性能的影响

         

摘要

A new set of new energy vehicle heat pump air conditioning experimental system was designed and developed. The optimal operating conditions of the system at fixed speed were analyzed considering multiple operating parameters. The influence of the compressor speed on the key parameters of the system during the cooling mode was studied. The results showed that when under fixed speed conditions and 5~8 ℃ of the condenser outlet subcooling degree,the system could get a larger cooling capacity and COP. With the increase of the compressor speed,the cooling capacity increased and the evaporator outlet temperature decreased,but their changing rates were declining and COP were also reduced. Based on overall consideration of evaporator outlet temperature and the cooling capacity and energy efficiency,a higher compressor speed could achieve the purpose of fast cooling, but did not make for the improvement of overall energy efficiency,therefore the compressor speed should not be increased too much.%设计开发了一套新的新能源汽车热泵型空调试验系统,综合多项运行参数并通过试验分析了定转速时系统的最佳运行工况,研究了制冷模式下压缩机转速对系统运行时各关键参数的影响.结果表明:在定转速工况下,当冷凝器出口过冷度在5~8℃时,能获得较大的制冷量和COP;随着压缩机转速的增大,制冷量逐渐增大,蒸发器出风温度逐渐降低,而两者的变化速率均在下降,COP也在降低.综合蒸发器出风温度和制冷量及能效考虑,较高转速可达到快速降温目的,但不利于整体能效提高,因此压缩机转速不宜过分提高.
