风力黏性摩擦热水器加热性能的CFD仿真分析

         

摘要

提出一种直接将风能转化为摩擦热能的新型环保节能热水器——风力黏性摩擦热水器,分析了其结构和工作原理.借助CFD软件建立二维轴对称旋转湍流模型,对风力黏性摩擦热水器内2种流体的流动、传热过程进行了模拟,验证了其实现热水功能的可行性,并与风机进行了功率匹配.利用所建CFD模型数值研究了黏性摩擦热水器关键参数对加热性能的影响,结果表明:增大黏性摩擦热水器摩擦碟片半径、转速和硅油黏度,减小入口水流量,可以提高黏性摩擦换热器的加热性能,该结果对风力黏性摩擦热水器实际应用时结构参数和操作参数的确定具有指导作用.%A wind powered viscous frictional heater,a novel type of energy-saving and environment-friendly water heater,was proposed and its structure and principle were analyzed.In virtue of CFD software,the flow and heat transfer behavior of two fluids in the heater were simulated,its feasibility to heating water was verified,and its power match with wind turbine was performed.Furthermore,the influences of key structural and operational parameters on the water heating performance were predicted based on a series of simulating experiments.The results showed that increasing the radius and rotational speed of frictional-disc,increasing the viscosity of silicon oil and decreasing the inlet flow rate of water,could enhance the water heating performance of the water heater.These principles would be helpful to guide the determination of the structural and operational parameters of wind powered viscous frictional-heater in the specific application fields.
