涡旋压缩机齿顶密封条摩擦磨损性能的研究

         

摘要

On MMU-2 high-speed end face friction tester,the dry friction test was carried out by matching four kinds of materials for tooth tip sealing strip of scroll compressor PES,PEEK,pure PTFE,Filled PTFE with HT250,espectively to form friction pairs,and the changes in friction coefficient,lume wear rate and surface morphology were compared and analyzed at different linear speeds,At the same time,he tribological properties of filled PTFE under simulated operating conditions of scroll compressor were investigated,and the formation rule of friction surface transfer film was analyzed through the scanning electron microscope (SEM) in order to provide a theoretical basis for application of these materials to the tooth tip seal,The results show that the friction performance of filled PTFE is better than that of other materials,its friction coefficient at different linear speed has small change and its wear rate is low,when the load is 300N,its friction coefficient is less than 0.2 and its volume wear rate is smaller than 5×10-6mm3/(N·m),Therefore,it meets the requirements of low friction coefficient and small wear rate for the tooth tip sealing strip of scroll compressor under the condition of high linear speed,low load and dry friction.%在MMU-2高速端面摩擦试验机上,将4种制作涡旋压缩机齿顶密封条的材料PES、PEEK、纯PTFE、填充PTFE分别与HT250配副,进行干摩擦试验,对比分析在不同线速度下摩擦系数、体积磨损率、磨痕形貌的变化;同时研究填充PTFE在模拟涡旋压缩机工况条件下的摩擦学性能,通过扫描电子显微镜分析摩擦表面转移膜的形成规律,为将该材料应用到齿顶密封当中提供理论依据.结果表明:填充PTFE摩擦性能优于其它几种材料,在不同线速度下摩擦系数变化小,磨损率低,当载荷为300 N,摩擦系数小于0.2,体积磨损率小于5×10-6mm3/(N·m).满足涡旋压缩机齿顶密封条在高线速度、低载荷、干摩擦条件下,摩擦系数低、磨损量小的要求.
