GC-FID法测定袋装口含烟中烟碱含量

摘要

In order to accurately determine the content of nicotine in snus, a GC-FID method was established, wherein quinolone was used as an internal standard. The results showed that the limit of detection and limit of quantitation were 0.228μg/g and 0.684μg/g, respectively,the recoveries ranged in 85.5% to 98.5% with the relative standard deviations (RSD)less than 2.71%. The method was reliable and accurate in qualitative and quantitative analyses, and it was suitable for determination of the content of nicotine in snus.%为了测定袋装口含烟中的烟碱含量,以喹啉为内标,建立了GC-FID检测方法.结果表明:该方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.228μg/g和0.684μg/g;袋装口含烟的烟碱回收率在85.5%~98.5%;相对标准偏差(RSD)不超过2.71%.该方法灵敏度高,定性定量结果可靠,适用于袋装口含烟中烟碱含量的测定.
