利用生物可再生性,进行新能源生产是解决能源问题的重要途径.生物燃料作为开发潜力大、应用范围广的新能源已引起国内外广泛重视.其中,开发藻类(包括微藻和大型藻类)燃料乙醇兼具诸多优势,有望成为可再生能源发展的新生力量.应当指出,目前藻类制备燃料乙醇尚处于孕育研究阶段,各项工作方兴未艾,离产业化运营尚有很远距离.为此,本文在概述藻类燃料乙醇的研究进展、所面临的挑战基础上,对该领域发展趋势予以展望.%Production of renewable energy from the biomass is one important way to solve the energy crisis. Bioethanol, as the most common and successful renewable biofuel, has attracted a wide attention. Micro-and macro-algae, the new biosource, offer many potential advantages and are expected to be the future raw material for producing bioehanol. However, bioehanol from algae is only in its early breeding stage both in China and abroad. Much more efforts are required before its commercialization. This review mainly focuses on the recent advances, problems as well as the potential trend of technological development in algal bioethanol.
