倾斜状态汽油火焰传播特性的试验研究

     

摘要

借助高速摄像机,分析倾斜角度为0°、15°、30°及45°的狭长凹槽中汽油火焰传播影像,探讨主火焰区火焰形态、火焰结构、火焰传播速率随倾斜角度变化的规律.结果表明:在各倾斜角度下都可以观察到火焰前端的蓝色闪燃区及随后的橘红色主火焰区;随着倾斜角度增加,火焰结构的变化趋势为:在垂直汽油液面方向上火焰高度趋于稳定;在平行汽油液面方向上火焰传播平均速率(V)逐渐加快,且与倾斜角度θ之间呈指数关系:(V)=(V)0+A(1-e-θ/t).%Taken common solid combustibles, such as newspapers, cardboard and broken scraps of paper, this paper examined the impact on ignition time, flame propagation rate, fire sighs and burning loss rate from the amount of fuel and analyzed the mechanism of solid material properties ' impact on solid leached gasoline fire andcombustion characteristics. With the increase of gasoline content, the ignition time of newspapers and cardboard is shortened and the surface flame propagation rate speeds up. After more than a certain value, flashover is discovered and burning loss rate increases. The flame propagation rate of broken scraps of paper is first increases, and then decreases with the increase of the content of the gasoline. The rates of gasoline combustion and cardboard carbonization can be distinguished clearly during combustion of cardboard leached gasoline.
