压缩空气泡沫传输阻力损失研究

         

摘要

通过开展压缩空气泡沫管网输送实验,研究泡沫流量、气液比、泡沫种类对输送管路压力变化的影响规律及摩擦阻力损失.实验结果表明,压力及压力损失随泡沫流量的增大而增大;压力随气液比增大而减小,不同流量下,压力损失随气液比的变化趋势有所不同;1%A类泡沫输送管道摩阻损失较3%AFFF大.研究可为压缩空气泡沫管网输送理论计算提供实验支撑.%Experiments on compressed air foam system transport were carried out. The rules of foam flux, gas liquid ratio and foam type influencing the press in pipes and frictional resistance loss were studied. The experimental results showed that, the press and press loss increase with the foam flow increasing; the press de?crease with the increase of gas-liquid ratio, and the press loss vari?ation trend with the gas-liquid ratio is different when the flow is different; 1% class A foam has bigger pipe frictional loss than 3%AFFF. The results could provide experimental support for theoret?ical calculation of compressed air foam in pipes.
