受限空间氢泄爆过程压力计算方法研究

     

摘要

为了研究目前常用的爆炸压力计算方法对受限空间氢泄爆的适用性,对规范方法,Molkov、Bauwens理论计算模型, TNT当量法以及数值模拟法进行了归纳总结与对比分析,并结合算例计算,进一步分析了上述方法在计算受限空间氢泄爆过程中最大压力时的可靠性.结果表明:NFPA 68、EN 14994规范给出的计算方法和TNT当量法不适用于计算受限空间内氢泄爆过程的最大压力;对于最大压力非火焰-声波耦合作用产生压力的情况,FLACS数值法可得到较为准确的计算结果;Molkov和Bauwens的理论计算模型可近似用于受限空间氢泄爆过程的最大压力计算,结合数值方法可进一步提高计算精度.%To study the applicability of the calculation methods for vented explosion overpressure from hydrogen-air deflagrations in confined space, the theoretical methods proposed by standards, Molkov and Bauwens, the TNT-equivalency method and numeri-cal simulation method were systematically summarized and com-pared. Moreover, based on the case study, the reliability of the above mentioned methods was further analyzed. The results indi-cated that the methods proposed by NFPA 68, EN 14994 and TNT-equivalency method are not applicable to calculate the vent-ed explosion overpressures from hydrogen-air deflagrations. For the cases that the maximum overpressure is not the oscillatory pres-sure peak, the accurate results can be obtained by the FLACS nu-merical method. The theoretical methods proposed by Molkov and Bauwens can be used to calculate the vented explosion overpres-sures,and the accuracy can be further improved when the theoreti-cal methods are applied in conjunction with numerical simulations.
