泥炭类可燃物的低温氧化自燃特性

         

摘要

针对泥炭类可燃物,通过基本实验和气相色谱-质谱连用仪(GC/MS)研究水含量、灰分、腐殖酸、黑棕腐酸等基本性质指标以及化学组成和炭化程度.泥炭的有机质主要为环状化合物,炭化程度很低.利用HY40A型自热物质升温发热试验装置,在125、150、200℃加热温度条件下,对泥炭低温氧化自热的情况进行模拟.结果表明:泥炭自热分为初期的缓慢升温阶段和后期的快速升温阶段.自热向自燃转化时的临界点温度约为50℃.泥炭从35℃左右的室温上升到临界温度所需时间约为从临界温度上升到250℃着火点温度的9倍.%For the peat, the basic properties such as moisture ab-sorption,ash,humic acid and black brown acid were studied by ba-sic experiments and the chemical composition and the degree of car-bonization were determined by gas chromatography-mass spec-trometry (GC/MS). The main organic compound of peat is cyclic compound and the carbonization degree of peat is low. The sponta-neous combustion process of peat was simulated at heating temper-ature of 125℃,150℃and 200℃through HY40A self-heating ex-perimental device.The results show that:the spontaneous combus-tion process of peat is divided into the initial slow-warming stage and the late stage of rapid warming.The critical temperature of peat from self-heating to spontaneous combustion reaction is about 50 ℃.The time required for peat rising from about 35 ℃ the room temperature to the critical temperature is about 9 times of the time from the critical temperature to 250℃the ignition temperature.
