一起电动自行车火灾事故的调查与分析

摘要

以一起电动自行车亡人火灾事故为例,通过环境勘验、初步勘验、细项勘验、专项勘验结合火灾物证熔痕的金相检验技术,确定起火部位、起火点,认定起火原因为电动自行车在室内充电过程中线路故障短路引发火灾.从单位主体的安全责任、监督管理及客观环境等方面分析灾害成因,为类似火灾的预防提供参考.%Based on an electric bicycle dead fire accident, through environmental investigation, preliminary inspection, detailed in-spection, special inspection and metallographic inspection technol-ogy of melting trace in fire, determined the fire location and fire point,and fire cause was identified as short circuit fault in charging process of electric bicycle. The cause of the disaster was analyzed from the aspects of safety responsibility, supervision and manage-ment and the objective environment,which provided references for the prevention of similar fires.
