玻璃钢废料的破碎,由锤式粉碎机改为玻璃钢撕碎机,顺应了玻璃钢材质的破坏机理,由冲击破碎变为撕碎避开了玻璃钢韧性大、强度高的特点,其层间剥离强度低的弱点得以充分利用。本文从理论与实践对撕碎机的破碎机理进行了较为详尽的描述,与锤式粉碎机破碎玻璃钢废料相比,其破碎效率提高了30倍,功耗少、产量大,其产物可作为玻璃钢生产的原料,为玻璃钢废料的工业化回收、循环利用探索出一条新的途径。%The breakage mode of the FRP wastage has been changed from hammering pulverization method into tearing type is conformed to the breaking mechanism of FRP materials .As high toughness and strength and low interlaminar peeling resistant property of FRP product ,so the disadvantages in this aspect has been used sufficiently .The detail description a-gainst the breaking mechanism of the tearing machine from the aspects of theory and practice has been made in this article , compared with the hammering pulverization method; the breaking efficiency is increased 30times.As its low energy con-sumption and large output ,its products as the raw material can be applied in FRP fabrication; it is a new way which the FRP wastage can be cyclic utilized through the industrial recovery .
