高铝低镍褐铁矿RKEF工艺试验研究

摘要

Through pilot test to research the technological parameters of high aluminum low nickel limonite dealt by RKEF process, investigated the most reasonable technology conditions such as material drying, rotary kiln reduction roasting, electric furnace smelting and comprehensive utilization of slag etc., provided technical support for the industrial application of this type of ore.%通过中试试验研究了RKEF法处理高铝低镍褐铁矿的工艺技术参数，考察了物料干燥、回转窑还原焙烧、矿热炉冶炼及炉渣综合利用等最合理的工艺技术条件，为该矿的工业生产应用提供了技术支撑。
