为了优化冶炼工艺、提高经济效益,在80 kVA的小型单相电炉上进行了试验,分别从电压、粒度及配比三个因素上进行对比冶炼试验。最终确定在80 kVA小型单相电炉上采用40 V电压,利用铬渣73.1%,蓝炭16.0%,硅石6.9%,钙渣4.0%的混合料制成粒度为6~10 mm的球团料冶炼时效果最佳,并根据该结果对3.5 MVA电炉冶炼的现行工艺提出改进方案。%In order to optimize the smelting process and improve the economic benefit, using a 80 kVA small single-phase furnace to make a smelting experiment separately from three factors voltage, particle size and mixture ratio. Finally, it is determined that using the pellets in the size of 6~10 mm made by 73.1%chromium slag, 16.0%semi-coke, 6.9%silica and 4.0 % vanadium slag in 40 V voltage to smelt can achieve the best effect. And according to the result, it can give an improvement scheme to the smelting process of 3.5 MVA electric arc furnace.
