响应面法优化超声波辅助提取白苏叶挥发油物质

         

摘要

The Perilla dried into a powder, the influence to the yield of volatilc oil of Perilla Frutescens from different solvents, extraction solvent, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature is studied. Anhydrous ethanol is selected as the extraction solvent, and the extraction time is 40 min, and the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶40. On the basis of single factor test, according to box-behnken experimental design principle, response surface analysis methods design of three factors and three levels of test are used, with the volatilc oil yield as an indicator. The optimal parameters of ultrasonic assisted extraction of volatile oil of Perilla Frutescens are obtained as follows: ultrasonic power 236 W, ultrasonic time 41 min, ultrasonic temperature 41 ℃. Under these conditions, theory extraction rate of the volatilc oil of Perilla Frutescens is 2.220%, and actual volatile oil extraction rate is 2.158%, so it is that description of the basic theoretical predictions is reliable.%将白苏叶干制成粉末,采用单因素试验研究不同萃取溶剂、浸提时间、料液比、超声功率、超声时间和超声温度对白苏叶挥发油提取率的影响,选定无水乙醇为萃取溶剂,浸提时间为40 min,料液比为1∶40。在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,采用响应面分析方法设计3因素3水平试验,以白苏叶挥发油提取率为指标,得到超声波辅助提取白苏叶挥发油的最佳工艺参数为:超声功率236 W,超声时间41 min,超声温度41℃,在此条件下白苏叶挥发油的理论提取率为2.220%,实际挥发油提取率为2.158%,说明理论预测值基本可靠。
