This thesis concludes the major causes of emergence of librarians’burnout, basing on the study of the related theories, through questionnaires and interviews with relevant practitioners. According to the characteristic and psychology of university librarians, this thesis proposes that emotional motivation has a important significance to the prevention and response of the Job Burnout. This thesis sums up some methods about how to make emotional motivation, in order to provide useful references to university library managements.% 通过问卷调查总结出高校图书馆工作人员职业倦怠的主要原因是对组织归属感的严重缺失而最终导致的情绪衰竭,进而提出情感激励在管理实践中对职业倦怠的预防有非常重要的意义以及有关情感激励的具体措施,以期为高校图书馆管理者提供有益的借鉴。
