S Zorb滑阀阀板失效分析

             

摘要

Based on the working condition of the slide valve and the morphology of the failure disc, the failure mechanism of the disc was studied by means of metallography, XRD and XRF. The valve structure, the clearance between the vale plate and the valve seat, erosion at small opening, corrosion of polythionic acid, high temperature oxidation and other mechanism was eliminated by means of comparison of the working condition before and after the failure with the metallographic test combined. Low temperature hot corrosion was the main factor that leads to the failure of the disc. The occurrence condition and the character of low temperature hot corrosion was introduced, the low temperature hot corrosion process of the Stellite6 disc was talked, and the solution was raised based the occurrence condition of low temperature hot corrosion.%根据S Zorb滑阀的使用工况和阀板失效的形貌,通过金相、X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱等表征手段对S Zorb滑阀阀板失效的原因进行了分析;通过对比阀板失效前后的工艺条件,结合金相检测结果,排除了阀门结构、阀板与阀座间隙、小开度冲刷、连多硫酸腐蚀、高温氧化等可能导致阀板失效的因素,得出造成阀板失效的主要原因为低温热腐蚀;叙述了低温热腐蚀的发生的条件和特点,阐明了Stellite6合金在再生器出口发生低温热腐蚀的过程;根据低温热腐蚀发生的条件提出了解决方案。
