Studies of spectral electroretinograms in central serous retinopa-thy (CSR) and hereditary macular degeneration (HMD) showed that the b-wave amplitudes of most wavelengths of CSR were significantly decreased as compared with normal controls, and those of HMD were obviously lower than the normal values.
