改进的原子荧光光谱法测定人尿中硒的水平

             

摘要

An improved method of detecting urine selenium by using Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry (AFS) is proposed. Based on the GB/T5009. 93-2003, the various influence factors of determining selenium in urine including the concentration of KBH4 , the concentration of hydrochloric acid and the influence of coexisting ions are studied. The proposed method is successfully applied to the determination of urine selenium with the consistency of 20% hydrochloric acid and 0. 37mol/L KBH4 , without the masking agent of potassium ferricya-nide. The recovery efficiency is in the range of 98. 6% -100% and the precision is between 0. 2% and 0. 9%. The method is simple , rapid and accurate with satisfactory results.%对国家标准(GB/T5009.93-2003)食品中硒(Se)的测定方法进行改进,并用于人尿中Se水平的测定.以国标法为基础,分析硼氢化钾浓度、酸度、干扰离子对原子荧光法测定人尿中Se的影响.在盐酸溶液体积分数为20%、硼氢化钾物质的量浓度为0.37 mol/L,且不再使用掩蔽剂铁氰化钾的优化条件下测定人尿中Se,回收率为98.6%~100%,精密度为0.2%~0.9%.掩蔽剂铁氰化钾对测定结果基本没有影响;新改进的方法使用试剂少、简便、准确、重现性好,适用于人尿中Se的测定.
