基于DEA的院校装备教学保障效能评估研究

摘要

随着空军转型建设的深入,院校教学对装备保障建设提出了更高的要求,迫切需要提高保障效能.通过运用数据包络分析法,分析了装备教学保障工作的特点,构建了输入输出指标体系,建立了C2R模型,进行了效能评估.最后根据评估算例的结果,提出了提高院校装备教学保障效能的相关对策和措施.%With the air force for construction of in-depth, for the academies teaching equipment support a higher demand, an urgent need is put forward to increase effectiveness.This paper uses data envelopment analysis to analyse the features of teaching equipment support, construction of input and output index system, C2R model was established to conduct an efficiency evaluation.Finally, according to assessing the results of example, to improve the effectiveness of academies to support equipment related countermeasures and measures is proposed.
