针对热处理电阻炉的大时滞、非线性特点,以及常规PID控制算法不能提高其控制精度问题,提出了基于智能控制理论的模糊自整定PID控制算法,利用AVR单片机实现了炉温PID控制参数的在线自整定;并基于Matlab软件的控制系统工具箱和Simulink仿真环境对电阻炉的温控进行了实验仿真,实验结果验证了该文算法的有效性和优越性.%The resistance stove has the characteristics of nonlinearity and long time delay, which cannot improve the control precision by using the conventional PID controller. The method of self-tuning fuzzy PID (SFPID) based on intelligent control theory combined with AVR SCM is presented to control the resistance stove. And the PID parameter regulator is realized finally. By using Simulink of Matlab, the mathematical model of the resistance stove is established and the simulation result for this experiment shows that our PID controller is effective and superior.
