The application of digital section made from glass section combining with microscope mutual system and campus net in plant practice teaching can not only efficiently overcome the shortage of typical glass section,but also be in favour of preparation and instruction of teachers, review and discussion of students, mutual communication between teachers and students, which promote the reform of teaching and examination mode of plant practice.The characteristics, manufacture, application and prospect of plant digital section were mainly viewed and discussed.%把玻璃切片制作成数字切片后,借助显微数码互动系统和校园网络系统,将数字切片应用于植物学实验教学,不仅能有效解决优质典型玻璃切片片源不足带来的教学问题,也有利于教师的备课讲解、学生的复习与讨论以及师生间的互动,推动了植物学实验教学和考试模式的改革.主要介绍植物学教学切片的特点、制作、应用及发展前景.
