氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定乳制品中痕量砷

         

摘要

利用混酸消化法处理样品,建立一种氢化物发生一原子荧光法测定乳制品中痕量砷的方法,并对仪器工作参数(原子化器高度、灯电流、负高压等)及氢化物发生条件(载流酸度、载气流量、KBH_4浓度等)进行了优化.结果表明:砷检出限为0.030 pg/L,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.98%,加标回收率为96.5%~104.0%.方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点.用该法测定乳制品中的砷,结果令人满意.%By using of nitrate, perchlorate mixed acid (4 +1) digests samples, a method was adopted for the determination of trace arsenic in dairy product by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The experimental conditions were optimized, including instrument working parameters , such as atomic height , lamp current ,high voltage of PMT, etc., and the conditions of hydride generation , such as the acid concentration of loading fluid , speed of carrying gas , the concentration of KBH4, etc.As a result , a detection limits of 0.030 μg/L,a relative standard deviation of 0.98% ,and a recovery of 96.5 %~104.0 % were obtained.This method has proved rapid, accurate and highly sensitive.The method was employed for measurement of arsenic in dairy product, and satisfactory results were obtained.
