传统的拉伸法测量杨氏模量存在着自动化程度不高、耗时较长等弊端,为了提高实验效率,运用超声波相位法测距原理,提出了一种新颖的超声相位差法测量杨氏模量的方法.该方法以自制的超声相位差测距仪为基础,搭配一套收发换能器,对钢丝进行了测量.结果表明:超声相位差法测量杨氏模量的测量精确度较高、可操作性强、自动化程度高,具有较好的应用前景.%The traditional stretching method for measuring the Yang's modulus exists the malpractice that the automation is low and the measuring time is too long . To improve the efficiency, the principle of measuring distance with ultrasonic phase-difference method is used. A novel Young's modulus measurement based on the ultrasonic phase-difference method is presented. This measurement is based on a homemade ultrasonic distance measurement equipment and collocation with a set of sending and receiving transducers. The experiment indicates that technology of Young' s modulus measurement based on the ultrasonic phase-difference method is high in accuracy and automation and good in maneuverability ,so it has a good application prospect.
