PURPOSE: A method and a device for measuring Young's modulus of a thin plate are provided to measure Young's modulus of a width direction of an ultra-thin plate.;CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring Young's modulus of a thin plate is as follows. A plurality of thin plates laminated in a thickness direction is prepared(S1). An ultrasonic sensor is placed in the thickness direction of the thin plates(S2). A speed of ultrasonic waves progressing toward a width direction of the thin plates by using the ultrasonic sensor(S3). Young's modulus of the width direction of the thin plates is calculated based on the speed of the ultrasonic waves(S4).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
