激光外差干涉仪设计与实验研究

     

摘要

The optical experiment occupies an important position in college physics experiment courses .The modern optical experiment into the undergraduate physics experiment course helps students to understand the latest development in optical science and technology applications .The heterodyne interferometry method is one of the important ways for precise measurement of small displacement .The mature industrial products have been used in many practical areas .By commonly using optical laboratory instruments ,optical components and adjusting frame ,a space-laser heterodyne interferometer experiment design and self-build experimental device for college physics experimental teaching and research are given .%将现代光学实验引入本科物理实验课程中有助于学生了解光学及科技应用的最新发展状况。外差干涉方法是精密测量微小位移的重要方法之一。以常用的光学实验仪器、光学元件和调整架等设备,给出了一种空间式的激光外差干涉实验设计方案,并自主搭建实验装置,用于大学物理实验的教学与研究。
