光电子发射谱仪教学实验应用探索

         

摘要

The work function of different samples was tested in air using photoelectron emission spectrometer.The model AC-2 photoelectron emission spectrometer is an instrument based on low energy electron counting detection method ,in which the deuterium lamp is used as the ultraviolet light source ,and the open counter is used as the detector. The results show that the photoelectron emission spectrometer in air is a flexible system which is easy to use suitable for all levels of expertise and opens the way to a new dimension in surface analysis. The work function test experiment is introduced to strengthen the ability of students with the combination of theory and practice ,so as to provide references for scientific research or actual production .%采用光电子发射谱仪在大气环境中测试不同样品的功函数等一系列实验。光电子发射谱仪以氘灯作为紫外光源,开放式计数器作为检测器,是基于低能电子计数检测方法的仪器。实验结果表明,该仪器具有高灵敏度、方便快捷的测试特点,开辟了表面分析方法的新方法,对于新材料的设计和表征具有重要作用。在教学实验中引入功函数测试实验,培养了本科生理论与实践的结合能力,也为科研或实际生产提供了参考。
