In the guidance of collaborative innovation thought,the “Learning-Research-Teaching”synergy is effectively assimilated into the biology experimental teaching system,which is organized via the open teaching mode,taking the scientific research as guideline and foundation,In the experiments for undergraduates ’ comprehensive innovation ability improvement as the foothold,an organically cooperative system is established between “Learning-Research-Teaching”and comprehensive and innovative experiment teaching system.And eventually,the biology teaching system is constructed which is characterized by three stages including“Comprehensive experiment-Scientific research training-Scientific research proj ect.”It is proved that the multi-level and classfication teaching system is good for individual development and improving the quality of innovative talents.%以协同创新思想为指导,将“学研教”的协同教学理念融入生物学实验教学,以开放式组织教学、以教师的科学研究为载体、以本科生实验综合创新能力提高为落脚点,实现“学研教”在实验教学上的有机协同,最终建立了项目化的“综合实验—科研训练—科研立项”分层次、分类的生物学实验教学体系。实践证明,分层次、分类的实验教学体系有利于因材施教,提高创新人才培养质量。
