太阳能-地源热泵系统运行监测平台的开发

     

摘要

The development and utilization of monitoring platform for solar-ground source heat pump coupling system is accomplished by using Siemens PLC200 as the lower computer and Siemens configuration software WinCC as the host computer,which can realize the functions of field data archiving,operation mode switching and automatic control.Six different operating modes are designed for the experimental platform to meet the need at different time.The combined heating experimental tests of solar energy and ground source heat pump in Shanghai area were accomplished by using the monitoring system.The system is stable and reliable,and the control effect is good.Experimental results show that the solar heat has a positive effect on whether the system operations or the soil temperature restoration,which can effectively avoid the soil temperature drop too fast,and maintain the stability of system performance.%利用西门子PLC200作为下位机、组态软件 WinCC作为上位机,实现了对太阳能-地源热泵监测平台的开发和利用。该平台具有现场数据归档、运行模式切换、自动控制等功能。为该监测平台设计了6种运行模式,以满足不同时节的供能需求。利用该监测平台对上海地区冬季太阳能-地源热泵联合供暖实验系统进行了测试,结果表明:太阳能-地源热泵联合供暖能够有效避免土壤温度下降过快,维持系统性能的稳定。
