高校政府采购工作实践与思考

摘要

In the government procurement practice,the procurement departments need to well control the following aspects:making clear the implementation subj ect of government procurement,and correctly choosing the government procurement methods on the basis of the accurate understanding of open bidding,invitation to tenders,competitive negotiation,competitive discussion,single source and inquiry concept,and adaptation of situation,standardizing the implementation of the relevant procedures of government procurement, and effectively promoting the publicity of government procurement information,so as to provide references for the government procurement work.%在政府采购工作实践中,高校采购部门需要把控好几个方面的工作:明确政府采购的实施主体;在准确理解公开招标、邀请招标、竞争性谈判、竞争性磋商、单一来源和询价概念及适应情形的基础上正确选择政府采购方式;规范执行政府采购相关程序,并能切实推进政府采购信息的公开.
