Acute brain slices are important materials in the neuroscience studies.The experiment of the preparation of the acute brain slices is helpful to contact the scientific frontier,increase the interest in learning and improve the teaching quality.From 2013,the Physiological Experiment course group at Peking University tried to select the experimental part to carry out the preparation and observation of rat brain slices.So far,112 students have completed the experiment,and the good feedback is achieved.The accumulated teaching experience provides a good basis for the further development of brain slice related experiments,and also provides the idea and direction for the teaching reform.%急性脑片是神经生物学研究中的重要材料,开展急性脑片制备的实验,有助于接触科学前沿、增加学习兴趣、提高教学质量.北京大学生理学实验课程组从2013年开始,尝试在选做实验部分开展大鼠急性脑片制备与观察的内容,至今已有112人完成了实验,取得了比较好的反馈.积累的教学经验为进一步开展与脑片相关的扩展实验提供了较好的基础,并且也为教学改革提供了思路和方向.
