资源优化配置视角下的实验室管理模式

The optimization of the laboratory management mode is an effective way to allocate the experimental equipment reasonably,improve the efficiency ratio of laboratory resources,mobilize the enthusiasm of the laboratory technicians and improve the effect of experimental teaching.From the perspective of the resource optimal allocation,a laboratory management mode is chosen in accordance with the principles of high efficiency,practicability,standardization and enrichment.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of various types of laboratory management modes and combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities,a reasonable judgment is made,and full play is given to the role of the university laboratory in the cultivation of talents and the "Double first-class" construction.%优化实验室管理模式是合理配置实验设备、提高实验室资源使用效率、调动实验技术人员工作积极性、提升实验教学效果的有效途径.从资源优化配置视角出发,坚持高效性、实用性、规范化和丰富化原则,选择实验室管理模式.在综合考虑各类型实验室管理模式特征的基础上,结合高校实际情况做出合理判断,充分发挥高校实验室作用,为高校人才培养和"双一流"建设保驾护航.
