Based on the rules and regulations and the users ' experience, several informationization systems have been established according to the business process, and the accuracy, timeliness,validity and availability of the data collection related to the instruments and equipment are improved,which has promoted the full opening and sharing of the instruments and equipment to the teachers and students of this university and to the society as well,formed a whole life cycle traceable information link for the instruments and equipment,and raised the asset management level for the instruments and equipment.
