面向工程教育的智能制造教学工厂

             

摘要

在构建新型智能制造教学工厂概念模型、组成域模型及全生命周期数字化资源模型的基础上,讨论了在工厂规划设计、建设实施、运维服务3个生命周期阶段基于模型的数字化集成方法,以及数字化交付的具体内容.通过构建不同成熟度等级水平的数字化资源库,设计了多维度的教学案例及实验内容,实现了基于模型的智能制造技术与教学环境的有机融合,可以满足不同层次工程人才培养的需求.%Based on the construction of the concept model,component domain model and full life cycle digital resource model for a new type of the intelligent manufacturing teaching factory,the model-based digital integration method and the specific content of the digital delivery at the three life cycle stages such as the factory planning and design, construction and implementation,and operation and maintenance are discussed.Through the construction of the digital resource library with different levels of maturity,the multi-dimensional teaching cases and experimental content are designed,and the integration of the model-based intelligent manufacturing technology with the teaching environment is realized,which can meet the needs of engineering talent training at different levels.
