高速动车组转向架系统检修虚拟仿真实验的建设

         

摘要

In view of the problems about the high input cost,large laboratory area,high safety risk of the experiment,failure to simulate the fault condition,etc.,of the experimental teaching equipment for the overhaul of the high speed EM U(electric multiple unit)bogie system,the virtual simulation technology is applied to the experimental teaching for the overhaul of the bogie system.The framework of the virtual simulation experimental system is designed,and the virtual simulation experimental resources are developed by using the multimedia animation technology,simulation technology and network technology.The TCP/IP technology is used to communicate between the client software and the server to ensure the real-time and secrecy of the remote online access of the teaching resources.%针对高速动车组转向架系统检修实验教学设备投入费用高、实验室占地面积大、实验安全风险较高及不能模拟故障工况等问题,将虚拟仿真技术应用到转向架系统检修实验教学中,设计了虚拟仿真实验体系框架,综合运用多媒体动画技术、仿真技术、网络技术开发出虚拟仿真实验资源.客户端软件和服务器之间采用TCP/IP协议进行通信,保证教学资源远程在线访问的实时性与保密性.
