血清中结核分枝杆菌IgG/IgM抗体检测在肺结核诊断中的应用价值

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of detecting tuberculosis IgG/IgM antibodies for pulmonary tubercu-losis. Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis IgG/IgM antibodies in the serum samples from 120 cases of active pulmonary tuber-culosis, 40 cases of non-tuberculosis pulmonary disease and 30 healthy volunteers were detected by colloidal gold technique. Re-sults Eighty-nine of 120 active pulmonary tuberculosis cases were positive of Mycobacterium tuberculosis IgG/IgM antibodies (74.2%) , and 36 of 40 patients with other pulmonary diseases and 28 of 30 healthy people were negative results (91.4%). Con-clusion Detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis IgG/IgM antibodies was rapid, convenient, and high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of tuberculosis.%目的：评价血清中结核分枝杆菌IgG/IgM抗体在肺结核诊断中的应用价值。方法对120例活动性肺结核患者、40例非结核性肺部疾病患者和30例健康献血员的血清标本采用胶体金法进行结核分枝杆菌IgG/IgM抗体检测。结果120例临床诊断的活动性肺结核患者，结核分枝杆菌IgG/IgM抗体检测阳性89例(IgG抗体阳性84例、IgM抗体阳性5例)，阳性率74.2%；40例非结核性肺部疾病患者结核分枝杆菌IgG/IgM抗体检测阴性36例，30例健康献血员的结核分枝杆菌IgG/IgM抗体检测阴性28例，阴性率91.4%(64/70)。检测菌阳肺结核的敏感性为79.6%(43/54)，菌阴肺结核的敏感性为69.7%(46/66)。结论结核分枝杆菌IgG/IgM抗体检测对肺结核的诊断具有快速方便、较好的敏感性和特异性。
