襄阳市中心医院住院肿瘤患者处方点评与不合理用药分析

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the irrational use of antitumor drugs in hospitalized cancer patients in Xiangyang Central Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) so as to promote clinical rational use of antitumor drugs.METHODS:A total of 1200 medical records of the hospitalized tumor patients between June 2013 and June 2014 were randomly selected for review of the prescriptions of the antitumor drugs and analysis of the irrational drug use in accordance with the relevant legal prescription review standards and drug package inserts.RESULTS: Of the 1 200 cases, 1 149 (95.75%) were rational in the use of antitumor drugs.The irrational use of antitumor drugs in 51 cases manifested as inconformity between drug choice and indications, improper in dosage and administration, in the choice of solvents or in the administration order of the drugs.CONCLUSIONS:There are some problems in the use of antitumor drugs in our hospital, thus on which supervision and management should be strengthened in order to improve clinical rational drug use level for the safety of patients’ medication.%目的：了解襄阳市中心医院（以下简称“我院”）住院肿瘤患者抗肿瘤药的使用情况，以促进临床抗肿瘤药的合理使用。方法：随机抽取我院2013年6月—2014年6月肿瘤科住院患者病历1200份，依据相关处方点评规范及药品法定说明书对抗肿瘤药进行处方点评，分析不合理用药情况。结果：1200份病历医嘱中，合理用药医嘱1149份，合格率为95.75％；不合理病历医嘱51例，主要表现为选药与适应证不适宜、药品的用法与用量不适宜、药品溶剂选用不适宜和用药顺序不适宜。结论：我院抗肿瘤药使用存在一定的问题，今后需加强监督管理，以期提高临床合理用药水平，保障患者的用药安全。
