银花抗病毒合剂的制备与质量控制

         

摘要

目的:制备银花抗病毒合剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法:用板蓝根、金银花、黄芩、连翘等制备抗病毒合剂,采用薄层色谱法对其中的金银花、黄连进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定其中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量。结果:制得的银花抗病毒合剂为棕褐色溶液;薄层色谱对金银花、黄连特征斑点定性鉴别清晰,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上显现相同的荧光斑点;绿原酸在进样量36.0~360.0 ng范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996,n=6),黄芩苷在进样量36.8~368.0 ng范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均加样回收率分别为101.96%、101.01%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.38%、1.88%(n=5)。结论:本制剂制备工艺简单,质量控制方法简便、准确、重复性好。%OBJECTIVE:To prepare Yinhua antiviral mixture and establish its quality control method.METHODS:The Yinhuak antiviral mixture was prepared using radix isatidis, flos lonicerae japonicae, radix scutellariae and forsythia suspensa ( thunb.) vahl etc.Flos lonicerae japonicae and coptis chinensis franch.in the mixture were identified qualitatively by TLC.The contents of chlorogenic acid and baicalin were determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The Yinhua antiviral mixture was brown solution.The clear specific spots of Flos lonicerae japonicae and coptis chinensis franch were noted in TLC identification.The same fluorescent spots were noted for the sample at the position corresponding to that of the reference substance.The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 36.0-360.0 ng ( r=0.999 6, n=6) and that of baicalin was 36.8-368.0 ng (r =0.999 9, n =6), with average recovery rates of 101.96% and 101.01%, respectively and RSD of 1.38%and 1.88%, respectively(n=5).CONCLUSIONS:The preparing technique of Yinhua antiviral mixture is simple and the method for its quality control is stable, accurate and reproducible.
