高效液相色谱法测定前列回春丸中虎杖苷的含量

摘要

目的:建立前列回春丸中虎杖苷含量的测定方法. 方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定虎杖苷的含量,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2 Cl8柱(4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),检测波长为306 nm,流动相为乙腈-水(V:V=19:81),柱温为30 ℃,流速为1 ml/min. 结果:虎杖苷质量浓度在1. 97~29. 55 μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0. 999 8,n=8),平均回收率为99. 00%(RSD=1. 28%,n=6). 结论:该法简便易行、重现性好,可用于前列回春丸中虎杖苷含量的测定.%OBJECTIVE:To establish a method to determine polydatin content in Qianlie Huichun pills. METHODS:The high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) was adopted to determine content of polydatin, the chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS2 Cl8 (4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm) , the dectation wavelength was 306 nm, the moving phase was acetonitrile-water(V:V=19:81), the column temperature was 30 ℃ and flow rate was 1 ml/min. RESULTS: The linearity was good(r=0. 999 8,n=8)when the range of polydatin content concentration was from 1. 97 to 29. 55 μg/ml ( r = 0. 999 8 , n = 8 ) . The average recovery was 99. 00% ( RSD = 1. 28%, n = 6 ) . CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible, which can be used to determine polydatin content in Qianlie Huichun pills.
