4608例门诊药物咨询回顾性分析

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the drug counseling service carried out by pharmacists so as to provide patients with guidance on rational drug use.METHODS:A total of 4 608 drug counseling cases in Hubei Zhuxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( hereinafter referred to as the “our hospital”) from 2007 to 2014 were analyzed statistically with regard to distribution of time, age, gender, occupation, items (contents), drug categories, answering to the questions put forward etc.RESULTS:The number of outpatient drug counseling cases showed a year-on-year increase, with females and persons aged above 50 years, and the items such as dosage&administration and drug fro cardiovascular diseases taking the lead.CONCLUSIONS:Drug counseling service is an important part of pharmaceutical care.To strengthen construction of pharmacists'professional quality and improve quality of drug counseling service is of great importance for safe, effective, economic, rational use of drug and reduction of adverse drug reaction.%目的：了解药师开展药物咨询服务，指导患者合理用药情况。方法：对湖北省竹溪县中医院（以下简称“我院”）2007—2014年4608例门诊药物咨询按药物咨询时间、咨询者性别与年龄、人员类别、内容、药物类别、解答情况等进行统计分析。结果：门诊药物咨询数量呈每年递增趋势，咨询者女性多于男性，年龄50岁以上咨询者最多，咨询内容主要以药物用法及用量、心脑血管药物咨询为主。结论：药物咨询是药学服务的重要内容，加强药师素质建设，提高药物咨询服务质量，对药物的安全、有效、经济、合理应用、减少药物不良反应具有重要意义。
