丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液与5％葡萄糖注射液配伍的稳定性研究

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the compatible stability of N ( 2 )-L-alanyl-L-glutamine injection in 5%glucose Injection.METHODS: By simulating the medication of clinical fluid therapy, N ( 2 )-L-alanyl-L-glutamine injection was added into 5% glucose injection at room temperature, then the appearance, osmotic pressure, pH, N (2)-L-alanyl-L-glutamine injection content and other indicators were recorded at different time points within 24 hours. RESULTS:No significant change was noted for the above indicators within 24 hours after mixing of N(2)-L-alanyl-L-glutamine injection with 5% glucose injection.CONCLUSIONS: N(2)-L-alanyl-L-glutamine injection is stable and compatible with 5%glucose Injection stable within 24 hours after mixing, thus the mixture is safe to use.%目的：考察丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液（多蒙特）与5％葡萄糖注射液配伍的稳定性。方法：模拟临床液体疗法用药情况，将丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液加入5％葡萄糖注射液中，在室温条件下，测定24 h内不同时间点输液样品外观性状、渗透压、pH值、丙氨酰谷氨酰胺含量等指标的变化情况。结果：丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液与5％葡萄糖注射液配伍后，上述指标均未见明显变化。结论：丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液与5％葡萄糖注射液配伍后在24 h内稳定，可安全地配伍使用。
