2013-2015年开封市第二中医院骨伤科口服中成药应用分析

摘要

目的：探讨开封市第二中医院（以下简称“我院”）骨伤科口服中成药使用情况和变化趋势，为提高药品管理水平、临床合理用药提供数据参考。方法：调取我院计算机药品管理数据库中2013—2015年骨伤科口服中成药使用数据，包括药品名称、规格、零售价、使用量、销售金额等，采用用药频度（ defined daily dose system ，DDDs）排序分析法，计算各药的DDDs、限定日剂量、销售金额排序／DDDs排序等，并对结果进行统计分析。结果：2013—2015年，我院骨伤科口服中成药的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势，品种数分别为13、11、12种，销售金额排序居前10位口服中成药的销售金额合计占比均＞99％。筋骨痛消丸的年销售金额排序在3年中稳居第1位，且均＞10万元；仙灵骨葆胶囊的销售金额排序于2014年上升至第2位；跌打七厘片的销售金额逐年上升，其排序从2014年开始居第3位。3年来，筋骨痛消丸、仙灵骨葆胶囊、跌打七厘片、复方三七片的DDDs排序均居前4位。2013年有8种口服中成药的限定日费用＜10元，2014年为7种，2015年为8种；2013年有5种口服中成药的销售金额排序／DDDs排序为0．9～1．2，2014年为7种，2015年为6种。结论：我院骨伤科口服中成药的应用基本合理，疗效确切、价格合理的品种在临床使用中占据优势。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the application status and changes of trend of oral Chinese patent medicines in traumatic orthopedic department of the Second Traditional Chinese Hospital of Kaifeng ( hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”) , so as to provide reference for improving drug management level and rational drug application in clinic.METHODS:Application data of oral Chinese patent medicines , in terms of drug names, specification, price, usage and consumption , in traumatic orthopedic department of our hospital during 2013-2015 were extracted from Drug Management Database , statistical analysis was conducted on DDDs , defined daily dose and consumption sum ranking/DDDs ranking, etc.RESULTS: During 2013-2015, the consumption sum of oral Chinese patent medicines in traumatic orthopedic department of our hospital were in a increasing trend , the categories were respectively 13, 11 and 12 .The ratio of the top 10 oral Chinese patent medicines was >99%.The annual consumption sum of Jingutongxiao pills took the lead during three years , all of which were >100 000 yuan.The consumption sum ratio of Xianlinggubao capsules reached the second place in 2014 .And the consumption sum of Diedaqili tablets increased year by year , which reached the third place in 2014 .For three years , the DDDs ranking of Jingutongxiao pills , Xianlinggubao capsules, Diedaqili tablets and compound Pseudo-ginseng tablets dominated the top 4 places.In 2013, there were 8 kinds of oral Chinese patent medicines with DDC <10 yuan, and in 2014 was 7 kinds; in 2015 was 6 kinds. CONCLUSIONS:The application of oral Chinese patent medicines in traumatic orthopedic department of our hospital is basically rational , categories with proved efficacy and reasonable prices are dominantly used clinically .
