全身及鞘内注射抗菌药物治疗颅脑损伤后颅内感染的疗效观察

摘要

目的:探讨全身及鞘内注射抗菌药物治疗颅脑损伤后颅内感染的临床疗效.方法:选择2015年2月-2016年2月铁煤集团总医院颅脑损伤后颅内感染患者56例,按数字奇偶法分为观察组和对照组,每组28例.对照组患者单纯给予全身用抗菌药物,观察组患者在对照组基础上鞘内注射抗菌药物,观察两组患者白细胞计数及白蛋白水平变化情况,比较两组患者的治愈时间及治疗效果.结果: 治疗后,两组患者白细胞计数、白蛋白水平均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05).观察组患者的总有效率为96.43%(27/28),对照组为92.86%(26/28),两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组患者的症状消失时间为(12.16±2.34) d,对照组为(5.18±1.06) d,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:颅脑损伤后颅内感染患者给予全身及鞘内注射抗菌药物治疗的效果较好,可缩短患者住院时间.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of antibiotics for systemic use and intrathecal injection in treatment of intracranial infection after craniocerebral injury. METHODS:56 patients with intracranial infection after craniocerebral injury admitted into Tie Mei Coal Group General Hospital from Feb. 2015 to Feb. 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via parity law, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics for systemic use, while the observation group was given antibiotic for intrathecal injection based on the control group, the white blood cell count and change of albumin level of two groups were observed, the healing time and treatment effect of two groups were compared. RESULTS:After treatment, the white blood cell count and albumin level of two groups were obviously improved than those of before treatment, with statistically significant difference (P0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 96.43% (27/28), that of the control group was 92.86 (26/28), with no statistically significant difference in two groups (P>0.05). The symptom disappearance time of observation group was (12.16±2.34) d, that of the control group was (5.18±1.06) d, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of antibiotics for systemic use and intrathecal injection in treatment of intracranial infection after craniocerebral injury is remarkable, which can shorten hospital stays.
